On Tuesday, September 12, Wylie High’s volleyball team fought against Wylie East at Wylie East High School. All of our Varsity, JV, and freshman teams fought hard and played hard. 

With 5 sets, varsity lost to Wylie East, 2-3. But they gave their all and put up a hard fight. The opposing team was even good enough to beat our stunning varsity team.

In 2 sets, however, our JV and freshman teams won against Wylie East with the epic game ending with 2-0. 

“The serves were amazing and we kept acing… and really good tips,” says freshman player Audrey Adams.  

Volleyball has been training since summer and has been showing off with terrific scores with 9 wins, 5 losses, and 1 tie in two months. They have proved themselves astonishingly with amazing tactics and techniques and many can not wait to see the rest of their soon to be incredible season.
